EmpowHER: Empowering Black Girls to Lead program serves an all-black female cohort (ages 13-18). The program emphasizes character and leadership development, wellness, and career readiness.
As a Food Area Volunteer, you will help serve food at the program to the guests.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Help manage the flow of guests throughout the food area
- Assist in the organization and distribution of food
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the food area.
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup of the food area at the end of the event, if needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience working with youth programs is preferred.
Attire
- All black, business casual.
