Volunteer Role Summary
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented volunteers to help the Volunteer Services Department with data entry. As a Data Entry volunteer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our data management efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately enter data.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure that all data is entered accurately.
- Review all information entered and make corrections where necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of all data entered.
- Input collected data into our volunteer database.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Familiar with basic computer skills
- Ability to work well independently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry
- Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Maintain confidentiality
- Previous data entry experience is a plus, but not required
